I had a mixed experience staying at Yax Kiin Casa Boutique. The positive aspects included a clean room with great natural lighting and a lovely balcony. However, the check-in process was disorganized, and I felt insecure due to the lack of a safe and the unlocked balcony. The kitchen had potential but was cluttered and poorly organized.
